Clear signage is key for potential buyers driving by your property. All “For Sale” signs are hung on white vinyl posts and can be easily viewed at eye level. Advertising for Open Houses is placed above the For Sale sign as a topper and is changed as required.

Open Houses are held at the Sellers request. Signs are placed at major intersections to add maximum exposure and to encourage people to talk about your house for sale. With the right marketing, houses can sell from open houses.

Just Listed Cards		Custom Feature Sheets
Just Listed cards are effective in reaching out to potential Buyers that are not necessarily thinking about buying. This can “trigger” the thought process and will stimulate interest in the listing and can possibly lead to a SOLD home. All printing is in colour and on superior quality card stock.		Custom feature sheets are designed professionally and printed in colour. There is a copy of the Listing Information, Floor Plan, Title and Property Condition Disclosure Statement. When a potential Buyer is viewing your property, they will have everything they need to write an offer.

Print Advertising		Video Tours and Extensive Photographs
Real Estate Victoria Newspaper is a weekly publication that comes out every Thursday to inform potential Buyers what is new and hot in the Victoria Real Estate Market. FREE publications can be found outside real estate offices, banks, professional buildings and also your local convenience store. This publication reaches out to thousands of people and provides all Open House information, so the Buyer can plan their route for viewing their targeted properties. The Real Estate Victoria is very effective in bringing in quality buyers. All advertising is proofed before publication.		Video Open Houses (VOpenHouses) are hired by me to have extensive photographs (up to 25) plus a video tour taken of your property. All of these photos are uploaded to my website and also to the MLS system along with a link to the video tour. This information is also present on the VOpenHouses website to attract further exposure.
